Meet Mike

Dr. Michael D. Griffith has been active in the field of mental health for over 38 years working in a variety of clinical, academic and administrative roles.  His work has included providing clinical assessment and treatment to children, adolescents, adults and geriatric clients. He has taught Psychology on the undergraduate, graduate and doctoral level including several years teaching in the Seminary environment.

INTERESTING FACTS

Mike has a long history of involvement in music and theatre performance including roles in musical theatre, light opera, singer and dancer at Opryland USA, and vocal soloist in church worship for 50 years. He has for many years been involved, as an expert commentator, in radio, television and the print media.

Mike enjoys working with people as they practice resilience and overcome the challenges of life through the process of change while maintaining hope, being grateful, and acquiring a deeper integrated understanding of their spirit, mind, and body.
